Prop Foam 15 is a 40A:100B mix (by weight) polyurethane self-skinning flexible foam that has a free-rise density of ~15 lb per cubic foot. Prop Foam 15 flexible foam is excellent for casting weapon props as well as functional pieces and padding.

Prop Foams perform best in TinSil or PlatSil silicone molds. Skinning properties will vary based on mold surface.

Prop Foam cures white but can be pigmented with the PolyPig Pigments. (See urethane additives)

Finished foam parts may be painted with our Clear Flex Paint Base.
