TC-5110 10A Soft Silicone
Important! This is a platinum silicone system. Platinum or addition cure silicones may be inhibited by some pattern and mold surfaces! A small test is recommended to determine suitability.
TC-5110 A/B is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing silicone rubber designed for making molds and parts. Featuring exceptional tear strength, low viscosity, 1:1 mix ratio, and a quick demold time, this system is user friendly while producing high quality finished products. When used to make molds, the TC-5110 A/B is translucent enough to see through when casting into the mold cavity.
May be pigmented with our silicone pigments and flocking colors for realistic FX skins and medical simulators.
May be thickened for brushable applications with Thixo thickener.
Release non-porous patterns or molds with Zip 301 or SupraLease PTR mold release. 2350 or pure petroleum jelly or fragrance free Vaseline may be used as a release for porous surfaces.
This product has been tested for skin safety and cytotoxicity. Test results available upon request.
